A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Bishop and Psylocke standing in the Axis of Time and discussing the fate of existence, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season four episode "Beyond Good and Evil, Part IV: End and Beginning," which aired on November 25, 1995. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 4.5"x3.25", the cel is in very good condition with minor scratches, surface wear, light line fade, and paper transfer on the reverse of the paint from studio storage. The cel has been paired with a reproduction color copy background for display purposes.
